The 6th day of March every year is indeed special for us. On this day, 23 years ago we seeded the growth of our PR agency - K2 Communications. We kept it simple and continue to keep it that way – We trust people, We trust partnerships and we constantly seek to learn.

Public Relations is an industry that relies heavily on personal touch, and we have grown with teams who cherish that. The core of how we engage is to empower our colleagues, with freedom to explore.

Today we stand united and are proud to have grown with an excellent team, who are not just creative but with a great level of intellect.

Starting our journey from Bangalore, we have established our presence across key cities – spanning Delhi, Mumbai, Pune and Kolkata, and all our centres’ function on an entrepreneur mindset.

What stands out is the environment we have cultivated — one that encourages fearless thinking, ownership, and long-term commitment, which has enabled us to push boundaries.

Each of our team members, across our various centres, function synchronously, perfectly in sync with our culture, support each other, ensuring that every office reflects the same values of collaboration, accountability, and growth.

At K2 Communications, we’ve seen how valuable it is to create spaces where teams can step away from daily deliverables and engage with ideas from experienced professionals across industries.

External speakers bring fresh perspectives, challenge assumptions, and help teams stay ahead of trends that are redefining communications, marketing, and reputation management. Another factor helping agencies scale today is remote and hybrid working. Distributed teams allow agencies to bring together talent from different cities and backgrounds while maintaining agility; remote teams often demonstrate even higher levels of ownership and commitment.

What makes us proud is the people behind the journey. Many of our colleagues have been with us since the early days. Our branch leaders across markets are deeply committed, not just to business growth but to building a strong culture in every office. Some of our ex-colleagues, who have been a part of Alumni and after spending over a decade in the industry, have chosen to return and lead our branches. Their message is simple: K2 gives them the ownership, freedom, and job satisfaction they were looking for.
