He has done his M.A. in Mass Communications and Journalism and has over two decades of experience managing diversified portfolios from Customer Service, Customer Relations, and MIS, to various HR and Admin roles. Shankar was also fortunate to be a part of a rich leadership experience and is also a Certified Internal Auditor ISO 9001:2008 at the Project Management Office of a Semiconductor Manufacturing Leader.
